Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Securely
Place the unused or gently used product back in its original packaging to ensure it stays protected during transit back to our warehouse.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your replacement product within 3 to 5 business days.
